Safeguarding
The Society aims to promote a respectful, inclusive and safe environment and prevent abuse, harassment, exploitation, discrimination and other harmful conduct. Safeguards include responsible conduct, appropriate supervision of children and young people, respect for dignity and privacy, and procedures for reporting concerns. Detailed procedures, reporting contacts and designated responsibilities must be established and approved before implementation.
Financial Transparency
Annual activity reports, financial summaries and project expenditure reports will be published only when approved and available. Confidential bank details, personal financial information and unapproved accounts will not be published.
Policy text and procedures should be approved by the Society before formal adoption.
